MLITKSupport Library Overview

MLITKSupport - Interface Library between ML and ITK

This library contains a set of interface, macro and module files mainly used by modules created by the ITKVTKGenerator, thus it is designed for automatically generated modules. Although it is still subject to change some of its functionality can also be used for normal programming with itk classes in ML modules.

There are also some interface files which could be useful for self-written ML modules using itk classes:

• mlITKCommandIterationUpdate.h: Class to update an ML StringField on itk object changes
• mlITKCommonToolFunctions.h: Basic string and STL vector converters between itk and ML
• mlITKSupportToolFunctions.h: Postion of itk exceptions in the ML and converter functionality between itk and tool classes
• mlITKSpecialInputsSupport.h: Converter functionality between ML input images and ITK images
• mlITKSpecialFieldsSupport.h: Converter functionality from ML BaseObjects to itk objects

Files with some useful contents:

• mlITKKernelSupport.h: Converter functionality from ML Kernel objects to itk structuring elements

All other files have dedicated content for automatically generated itk/ML modules and should only be used with care as an SDK.
