Purpose

This module wraps the class itk::ReconstructionByDilationImageFilter to make it usable in MeVisLab.

Details

• Integration type = Wrapped ITK class

• Compiled for 2D, 3D and 6D images

• Compiled for (u)int8, (u)int16, (u)int32, float and double voxels

• Sets page extent to image extent to force processing of entire image at once

• Wraps a class of type itkImageToImageFilter

• The module has a connector for a mask image

• The module has a connector for a marker image

• Uses mapping of full (input, feature, mask, marker, metric) image(s) in memory
