Purpose

The module TransformPhilipsDTI calculates the applied directions in diffusion scanning.

These applied directions depend on the exact settings chosen in a protocol, the software release, and the applied geometry.

Usage

Enter the correct parameters from the protocol settings of the used Philips scanner.

The resulting gradients are shown in the Gradients field.

Visible Fields

Slice Angulation (RL)

name: rlTang, type: Float, default: 0

Sets the slice angulation for the rl tangent.

Slice Angulation (AP)

name: apTang, type: Float, default: 0

Sets the slice angulation for the ap tangent.

Slice Angulation (FH)

name: fhTang, type: Float, default: 0

Sets the slice angulation for the rfh tangent.

Gradients

name: gradients, type: String

Shows the gradients of the acquired image.

User Defined Gradients

name: userDefinedGradients, type: String

Sets user-defined gradients if no standard gradient scheme has been used during image acquisition.

The format is as follows:

x1 y1 z1
y2 y2 z2
y3 y3 z3
...

where correct values for x1, y1, z1, y2,… have to be inserted, e.g.:

1.0 0.75 0.0
0.0 1.0 1.1
0.66666 0.6666 0.3333
...

Press Apply to apply the gradients.
